Clinical Study of Penis Enlargement
Probably the biggest stumbling block for bringing penis enlargement into the mainstream is a lack of clinical studies to back up the effectiveness of these programs. Incontrovertible data collected according to current scientific standards is after all the true test of the validity of any legitimate system. Those men who have undertaken the natural process of enlarging their penis have traditionally had to do so based solely upon the testimonies of other men and according to their own personal experiences. Because of this, most information about penis enlargement exercises and techniques has been limited to word of mouth or more recently Internet forums and blogs.
The only existing study of the effects of penis enlargement exercises was in fact conducted in the late 1970s by Dr. Brian Richards of the United Kingdom. Dr Richards, author of numerous books and articles on sex-related subjects, performed his study by focusing on the effectiveness of an enlargement method called the "Chartham Method". The study concluded after 3 months with 87.5 percent of the men forming the group reporting gains ranging from .94 inches to 1.4 inches in length and from .55 inches to 1.2 inches in girth. It was concluded that this method could indeed increase penis size in a large percentage of men.
While a host of new approaches are available in the penis enlargement market and the Chartham Method is now considered outdated, the general lack of clinical proof for penis enlargement effectiveness still exists.
Recently, Lativio LLP, owner of the highly successful PenisHealth penis enlargement system, has decided to put its own product to the test. By submitting to a clinical trial they hope to prove once and for all that enlargement exercises are indeed an effective method for enlarging the penis. This is certainly a step in the right direction and ultimately shows a commitment to providing customers with the highest quality products and services which is something that is rarely seen in this industry.
The goal of this study is to measure the effectiveness of their program and hopefully give a new incentive to men interested in increasing the size of their penises by providing undisputed clinical proof. With any product its almost impossible to be 100 percent sure if it works before you try it. However if, as the company hopes, the study proves that their program is indeed effective then it will become the first clinically proven penis exercise program of the 21st century. This official recognition would mean that existing and prospective customers are safe in trusting that
